XBL's Days of Arcade Ripping Seagate?

Look at the two above images, and please tell me that Xbox Live's Days of Arcade logo doesn't look exactly like Seagate's Freeagent Go Drive (Top).

Cocentric circles are one thing, but this looks way too close, at least to my eyes.
